ATP920 PARTIAL RELINQUISHMENT REPORT FOR PERIOD ENDING 28 JULY 2023

Authority to Prospect Permit 920 was granted on 1 Mar 13 to Circumpacific Energy Corporation for the prospecting of petroleum and oil in the area. It was acquired partially by DrillSearch Energy Pty Ltd as a joint venture between the two companies. On the 3 November 2017 ATP 920 was then acquired by Key Cooper Basin Pty Ltd. Relinquishment of 110 sub-blocks of ATP 920 is due to legislative requirements. This decision to relinquish sub-blocks earlier than necessary was used to leverage amendments to the Approved Work Programs of the retained amounts of ATP 920 and ATP 924.
