EPC2777 RIDGELAND FINAL REPORT FOR PERIOD ENDING 04 MAY 2023

Exploration Permit for Coal 2777 was a 42 sub-block permit which formed part of the BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) Ridgeland Coal Project, located northeast of Injune in Queensland. The Ridgeland Project area was defined by two other recently surrendered permits being EPC 851 (Ridgeland) and EPC 1277 (Ridgeland Extended). The Project field exploration activities were significantly hampered by the operators of the overlapping petroleum authority tenure holders that are active across the producing Fairview Gas Field. An internal BMA review of the coal Project has resulted in a decision to surrender the exploration permits. This Final Report details the exploration work (aerial imagery and desktop studies) carried out on the permit for Tenure Years 1 to 9 commencing from 16 October 2014 to the approved surrendered date on 4 May 2023. The Project targeted coal seams within the Permian Reids Dome Beds and the Bandanna Formation.
