Work included detailed review of geology, tectonics, geochemistry and mineral potential of the Esk Trough as part of a State Government funded Industry Network Initiative. This included the development of conceptual geological models, regional structural and aeromagnetic interpretation, analysis of ASTER imagery, and detailed PIMA spectroscopy studies. Exploration was completed in conjunction with ActivEX Limiteds other Esk Project tenements. Available stream sediment sampling databases were reviewed and anomalism detection methods evaluated to account for both subtle and obvious anomalies were identified. The conclusion drawn was that limited potential exists for an economic resource and the EPM was surrendered.
