n accordance with the Mineral Resources Act (1989) Qld, Kronos Gold LLC (Kronos) provides below
a Partial Relinquishment Report for Exploration Permit for Mineral (EPM) 26383. This report outlines
the sub-blocks within EPM 26383 that form the basis for this partial relinquishment, in addition to
providing a description of the work completed on these sub-blocks by Kronos Gold LLC since the
tenure was granted to Kronos on 20 June 2017.
EPM 26383 is located approximately 60km east of Charters Towers and 5km north-east of
Ravenswood in northern Queensland (EPM 26383 location map). The project is located is within the
Townsville, Charters Towers, Ayr and Bowen 1:250,000 map sheets, and the Mingela, Ravenswood,
Ayr and Strathalbyn 1:100,000 map sheets. Access to the project area is via Burdekin Falls Dam
Road south of Mingela and Ayr-Ravenswood Road east of Ravenswood.
The tenure was acquired as part of Kronos Gold’s exploration strategy to discover Intrusion-Related
Gold Deposits (IRGD) (such as Ravenswood gold mine) in Queensland. The main exploration
targets for the project area are gold, copper and other base metals.
Kronos has completed desktop studies across the entire EPM.
